Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from our Oceanside, New York location. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to that location. Orders are only shipped on Saturdays before 1 P.M.

Domestic Orders
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. All domestic in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed, regardless of selected shipping method. (PayPal payments may take up to 10 days to clear and your order is placed once the transaction clears and transfers your information into our system).

Estimated domestic delivery times based on USPS First Class Mail shipping method:

• Eastern United States - 1-3 Business Days
• Midwestern United States - 2-5 Business Days
• Western United States - 4-6 Business Days

Estimated domestic delivery times based on UPS Ground shipping method:

• Eastern United States - 1-3 Business Days
• Midwestern United States - 2-5 Business Days
• Western United States - 4-6 Business Days

Expedited shipping methods such as UPS 2nd Day Air and USPS Priority Mail will see quicker delivery times. Please note that ship times are when your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, not from when your order is placed. Expect a minimum of 24 hours for your order to be processed.

International Orders
International orders are shipped via USPS. All international in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed. Depending on which country you live in, it can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order. Generally most orders are received within 2-4 weeks.

The cost of shipping depends on the location and the weight of the package. Prices differ depending on the country that you live in.

Some countries require the customer to pay a customs duty or tax when picking up their package. This is completely out of ManageMerch's hands. Please do not ask to mark a package as "gift," as this is illegal.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will be shipped in accordance to the release date. Pre-Order release dates for clothing items such as t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts or any other item that is not part of a new release package deal may be subject to change.
